Panathlon Young Officials Course

Eighteen students from three Wandsworth schools attended the Panathlon Training Course at Southfields Community College today. The students from Southfields Community College, Burntwood and Graveney, were introduced to and encouraged to set up activities in Boccia, New Age Kurling, Polybat, Table Cricket and a number of athletics events. In the afternoon the students were allocated a sport to learn, lead and officiate. They were able to lead the rest of the students though all the sports in mock games.

These students will now officiate at the Central London Panathlon at Southfields Community College on 1st February 2012.
