Dodge, Duck, Dive, Dip & Dodge

Southfields was taken over on December 3rd 2009 with dodging, ducking, diving, dipping and dodging in the Dodgeball festival for Year 7 & 8's.

Two teams from Southfields, Ernest Bevin and Ashcroft school were introduced to the official rules of Dodgeball and played against each team.  The students decided they would much rather fully embrace the spirit of Dodgeball and play other teams without worrying about winning and losing.

It was dodge, duck, dive, dip and dodge from there on and each student showed commendable sportsmanship.  Some of the students even showed off their dancing talent on the side of the court to the classic tunes playing through the iPod!

Definitely a festival to replicate and one that received great feedback from students and teachers.
