Penwortham & Honeywell win Football Titles

We had a massive turn out for the two Wandsworth School Games Primary Football Competitions in October. 31 boys teams and 30 girls Teams competed in the two events which were won by Penwortham and Honeywell respectively.

Penwortham put on a footballing master class in the boys football and eventually beating their local rivals Hillbrook in the final. the 2-0 victory was fully deserved and there is no doubt that the best team will be going on to represent Wandsworth in London School Games Final in March.

They will be joined at Crystal Palace, by the Honeywell girls team who proved to be unstoppable during the day and are bound to make a similar impression in the London finals.
