Representatives from Southfieds Academy were invited to House of Lords last week to celebrate their work as the Lead School for the Projectabiity progrmame in Central London. Jackie Valin (Principal), Anita Neale (Chair of Governors), Nick Miller (SGO) and two work experience students were treated to lunch as the guest of Baroness Sue Campbell from the Youth Sport Trust as a reward for the excellent work promoting inclusive sporting opportunities for young disabled students.
Baroness Sue Campbell and Jeremy Hunt (Secretary of State for Health)thanked everyone for their hard work and commitment for the young people whose lives they impact day in and day out.
