School Games Active Champs & NGB Resources

I am pleased to inform you that Sport England, Youth Sport Trust & National Governing Bodies of Sport (NGBs) have joined together to create activities and challenges designed to support both the School Games network and families across the country.

The School Games website http://www.yourschoolgames.com will host a variety of primary and secondary activity cards created by NGBs, which will be updated on a daily basis and free for all to access. These can be accessed from the new Coronavirus Support area of the website.

Alongside this, School Games have launched the School Games Active Championships, a variety of digital challenges to get involved with every Monday, Wednesday and Friday through the TopYa! app.

All the joining instructions can be found here https://www.yourschoolgames.com/coronavirus-support/school-games-active-championships/

To get started, teachers and students register as a player and to see all of the content use the invite code 23880 once you download the app. Please look out for the daily challenge on our @YourSchoolGames social channels and feel free use this alongside any videos you create locally to get more young people taking part in physical activity and play.

Over the next few days we will be sending out the schedule of activities for the upcoming weeks to support embedding these into your existing plans.
