The Wandsworth School Sport Partnership has worked closely with Chelsea FC since September 2002.  During this period we have developed a very strong and productive partnership with Chelsea, delivering a wide range of successful projects for young people in schools in the borough.

Our work together includes running the annual Battersea Football League, the Premier League football competition for boys and girls, and the 6th Form Challenge.  This year we will be working with Chelsea to develop leagues similar to that in Battersea, in Putney and Tooting with the help of our Leadership Academy students.

Some of Wandsworth Leadership Academy students have recently gained the FA Level One Coaching Award with Chelsea FC.

Chelsea FC have also provided many high quality coahcing sessions and leadership opportunities for many students in Wandsworth schools.  In all these projects, we have found Chelsea FC staff to have been very professional, enthusiastic, efficient and extremely proactive.  We are looking forward to continuing the excellent relationship with them in the future.
